Description
Birch Syrup is produced by slowly simmering down birch sap. Unlike Maple it takes more sap: 100 litres to 1!. The taste is unique on it’s own – mineral rich, earthy molasses with notes of balsamic. Great for uses in sauces, bbqs, beers and other fermented beverages – a wonderful health packed addition. A little goes a loooong way 🙂
