Matthieu Bonin alleviates suffering and radiates joy.
Matthieu has a diverse background. He has formally studied physics, education, philosophy and
spirituality. He is a lifelong learner and continues to study independently, especially the field of
psychology.
In the summer of 2021, Matthieu swam across twenty Northern Ontario lakes to raise money for
charities. In 2022, he quit his full time teaching position to train for and organize the Multiple
Sclerosis Manitoulin Swimming Expedition. This expedition had the goal of swimming three
hundred and fifty kilometers around the world’s largest fresh water island, Manitoulin, raising
over thirty thousand dollars for Multiple Sclerosis research.
Currently, his main focus is to make light come from darkness, which he does by speaking,
writing, consulting, and living a joy filled life.
