1 piece delicious pasture-raised, GMO-Free, Drug-Free smoked turkey drumstick from Kipling Ridge Farms.

Smoked turkey drums are first brined (with organic sugar and salt) like ham, and then smoked for fantastic coloring and delicious flavoring that is very similar to ham but then the turkey texture and flavor comes through in the end. Makes a great snack or main dish. Should be cooked to 165 F – we’ve done them in the oven and also simply sliced some up and fried it!
