Crust Ingredients: Poschavens Organic Buckwheat, Organic Potato Starch, Dalew Pork Lard, ungraded eggs, vinegar, Himalayan Pink salt, water
Crust Ingredients: Poschaven organic unbleached white flour, Dalew Farms lard from pasture-raised pigs, water, egg, vinegar, pink Himalayan salt.
Filling Ingredients: Dalew Farms grass-fed ground beef (or Duck Creek Grass-Fed Bison if you choose) & pasture-raised ground pork + lard, local potatoes, onions & garlic, organic parsley, pink Himalayan salt, pepper, cloves.

Cooking instruction for 9″ Pie:
1- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
2- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes *covered (depending on oven), remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes to get a golden crispy crust.
3- Enjoy!
OR Bake from Frozen for approx 1 hour at 350 degrees.
