Cheesecake  – YES PLEASE!! These squares are smaller than a normal slice of cheesecake so they aren’t overwhelming or too heavy.

We have taken a New York-style baked cheesecake and added some extras like candy canes, apples & caramel.  These ultra-creamy cheesecake squares are available in 4 varieties:

Pumpkin Spice – Granite Ridge pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice in creamy cheesecake topped with whipped cream

Apple Caramel – Creamy cheesecake topped with Fresh apples in a homemade caramel sauce with whipped cream

Turtles  – Chocolate graham crust, creamy cheesecake, toasted pecans, homemade caramel sauce and ganache

Candy Cane – Creamy cheesecake with candy cane pieces baked right in and covered with ganache
