Description
Our kale is grown first in our aquaponic nursery where rainbow trout are also raised as part of our year-round indoor farm system. It is then moved into our traditional hydroponic channels, as we compare both growing methods and work towards being fully fish-powered in the indoor farm. We work on continuous improvements to improve our system which was designed and built by us in 2023.
