If you have not tried these peppers you are missing out! They are a bit funny in that only about 1 in 10 peppers is spicy. We love to fry them in a hot pan until they are a bit chard and soft. Then we lightly season them with salt (or soy sauce) and toasted sesame seeds. Eat the whole pepper except for the stalk. It is so easy and so delicious. Organically grown.
