La Belle Vie Farm Frozen Haskap Berries

These berries taste like a blueberry and a raspberry had a baby!  Did you know that haskap berries are even better for you than wild blueberries?  They boast more antioxidants than wild blueberries, especially a class called anthocyanins – which give them their deep purple/blue colour.  Our frozen berries are grown ecologically (uncertified organic) and then handpicked, sorted, cleaned and vacuum sealed the same day as harvest.  Set them on the counter for 15 minutes, give the back a !whack! and they will separate into beautiful individual fruit jewels.
