Daniel and Tracy Séguin are fourth generation sugar makers. Together with ourteam of family members and friends, we continue to share the annual springtime ritual of transforming the rich maple water into golden syrup on our wood-fired evaporator. As we produce our maple syrup, sugar, butter and jelly, sugarbush health and sustainability, energy conservation and food safety are always at the forefront. The historical and cultural elements of the art of sugar making are never forgotten! Celebrate spring with us! Savour our healthy, award-winning maple products year-round! After sugar season, Dan and Tracy put on bee suits (or not) and focus attention on producing another sweet golden crop - honey! Our small commercial apiary concentrates on honey production and pollination in Lavigne and Sturgeon Falls. Bee happy!
