This is, without a doubt, the best tasting and most tender bacon I’ve ever had. When cooked, even the fat remains succulent, unlike commercial brands. The rendered bacon grease left over is excellent as a seasoning for beans, baked or fresh, brussels sprouts, cooking tortillas, sauteing meats… anything you don’t use coconut or olive oil for, this bacon fat is the bomb. I don’t eat it often, but when I do, this will be what I have. Love it!
