Growing up, my Grandad loved Red River cereal. We used to call it “bird seed cereal”. This loaf was made as a way to honour my Grandad. It’s a delicious multi-grain loaf baked in a loaf pan making it easy to slice, and perfect for sandwiches and toast!

INGREDIENTS:

Description

How to refresh a frozen loaf: 
1. REMOVE LOAF FROM THE FREEZER AND THAW COMPLETELY IN THE PLASTIC BAG ON THE COUNTER.
2. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350F
3. ONCE THE LOAF IS THAWED, REMOVE IT FROM THE PLASTIC BAG AND RUN THE WHOLE LOAF UNDER A STREAM OF WATER. TRUST THE PROCESS!
4. PUT THE LOAF DIRECTLY ON THE OVEN RACK AND BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL CRUST IS CRISPY
5. SLICE THE LOAF AND STORE IN A RESEALABLE BAG ON THE COUNTER. ENJOY WITHIN 2-3 DAYS OR FREEZE SLICES ENJOY LATER.
