Wheat grass provides energy, many nutrients including Vitamins A,C, E, calcium, magnesium and amino acids. It is well known for cleansing the body. We encourage you to do research on wheat grass so you are educated on how to use it. Wheat Grass is too fibrous for the stomach to digest and therefore must be juiced.
