Description
One dough ball makes a 9″-10″ pizza. Fresh dough should be used within 1-2 days of sticker date. If you bought frozen, it can remain frozen for 2-3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight, or on the counter for 4-5 hours and use immediately. Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes before stretching. Use lots of flour on your counter and your fingertips as you gently stretch the dough to your desired size. Do not use a rolling pin. Preheat the oven to 450ºF with pizza stone or baking sheet inside. A cast iron skillet also works well. Add desired toppings and bake 10-15 min until done. Or bake as you usually do.
