Wood Oven Pizza from the kitchen of Verdicchio Ristorante | Enoteca.

Our pizza dough is made with a traditional 48-hr fermentation using only tipo 00 pizzeria flour to give a more authentic flavour.

The Tartufata pizza is made with Verdicchio tomato sauce, mozzarella, local sausage, mushrooms and salsa tartufata (truffles).

Simply reheat in the oven for a few minutes! Further instructions provided on label.
