Add this item to your cart if you wish to reserve a Bison Freezer Order! This will be your best value option. Once we receive your order, we will send you a form for cutting instructions to customize your order.
The total cost for this order will be calculated as follows: $10.19/lb for hanging weight (before the animal is cut up). Please allow for approximately 40-50% loss of weight due to curing of the meat/trimming. The price includes cut & wrap. A 1/4 bison will weigh approximately 100 to 150 lbs. For example, $ 10.19*125 = $ 1,274. Total cost. (Your deposit is subtracted from the final bill, and the balance is due upon delivery. You will be billed according to the hanging weight of your 1/4 bison.)
