One we receive your order will book it and let you know when to expect it, usually within approximately 2 months. We will also send you a form for cutting instructions to customize your order. If you have not already tried Bison du Nord’s 100% certified grass-fed bison, it’s delicious, not to mention highly nutritious and oh so tender!
Please note you are paying a DEPOSIT only. The total cost for this order will be calculated as follows: $10.19/lb for hanging weight(before the animal is cut up so please allow for up to 40% loss of weight due to curing of the meat/trimming). A 1/4 bison will be from approx 120 to 140 lbs so for example $10.19*125= $1274 total cost (your deposit is subtracted from the final bill, and the balance is due on delivery, you will be billed according to the hanging weight of your 1/4). Double for a half or multiply by 4 for a whole bison.
