Locally grown Habanero and jalapeño peppers make this a fiery compliment to sharp cheddar cheese. Particularly served suited served over cream cheese, as an appetizer. It works well added to any meal as a heat enhancement ingredient.

Sweet Pepper – sweet & slightly sour. Yummy.
This creation consists of locally grown red & green peppers, honey, & a tiny bit of lemon juice. Tasty with cheese & crackers, served with eggs or on a sandwich. Perfect to enhance marinades & sauces.
