Description
Everything you need for a vegan mushroom risotto packaged into a mason jar. Follow the instructions and just add water.
TUBF Mushroom Risotto-Vegan
Directions: In a large saucepan, add 2 tbsp of butter or oil of your choice. Add contents of jar and cook for approximately 3 min, add ¼ cup of water and cook for another 3 min, stirring constantly. Continue adding ¼ cup of water at a time, stirring continuously until the rice has absorbed all the water (a total of 4-5 cups) or until rice is fully cooked. Serves 2.
*tip: you can replace the first ¼ cup of water with white wine;
**½ cup cream can be added at the end and/or a cheese of your choice
Ingredients: arborio rice, organic mushrooms (chestnut, oyster, lion’s mane, beech, and/or shiitake), umami seasoning (sea salt, shiitake, lion’s mane, oregano, thyme, chilies), onion, organic parsley, garlic, black pepper.
