Description
Raw garlic Dressing
Tip: Make it in a 500ml wide mouth mason jar, and use an immersion blender to combine and emulsify all ingredients.
- 1/3 of the jar of favorite oil (sesame, olive, avocado)
- 1/3 of the jar of your favorite acidic flavor. ( lemon, apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar or reduction)
- 1/6 of the jar of your favorite syrup. ( Maple, honey, even jam would work!)
- 1 whole bulb of garlic (less if you are not as hard core as we are)
- a handful of frozen haskaps or other frozen fruit if you have them (optional)
Blend all these ingredients together with the immersion blender and drizzle over chopped up kale pieces. Mix thoroughly until each piece is evenly covered. Top with fruit, nuts, cheese or just eat plain! Add pasta for an instant pasta salad. The possibilities with this kale are endless.
