Quick frozen immediately after harvest, when they are at the peak of freshness, taste, colour, and nutrients-ensuring quality all year long.

Steam cook vegetables for approximately 3 to 5 minutes or until they have reached desired texture.

Keep frozen at zero degrees F, or below until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.
