Each lamb is professionally butchered at a provincially inspected abattoir, wrapped in brown paper, ground lamb in plastic bags, and frozen, ready for your freezer.
Standard cuts include:
- Loin Chops
- Rack of Lamb
- Leg & shoulder roasts
- Shanks & ribs
- Ground lamb
- Stew meat
- Optional: organs & bones
The price is $14.99/lb for the hanging weight and we expect the whole lambs (divide in half for a half lamb) to be around 50 lbs each (hanging weight-this means you lose a bit of weight once it is all cut up after curing and trimming. This price includes the cost of butchering and cut & wrap. Your deposit will be subtracted from your total cost once your order is ready, the balance owing will be due prior to delivery.
