Wood Oven Pizza from the kitchen of Verdicchio Ristorante | Enoteca.
Our pizza dough is made with a traditional 48-hr fermentation using only tipo 00 pizzeria flour to give a more authentic flavour.
Margherita pizza is made with Verdicchio tomato sauce, fior di latte and fresh basil.
Simply reheat in the oven for a few minutes! Further instructions provided on label.

This pizza tastes amazing! You can really taste the quality ingredients. It makes for a healthy quick dinner. I tried adding cooked mushrooms, onions and green peppers – and WOW! Yummy!
