A most excellent vegetable, full of Vitamin K, Vitamin C, antioxidants, fibre and more, it can be prepared in a variety of highly enjoyable ways! Grilled, sauteed, steamed, added to soups or quiches. Dunk the spears in soft-boiled egg, melted butter, or dip of choice.
It’s so good we can easily forgive it for what it does to our pee. (Right?!)
