Baby Taiwan Pac Choi

This greenhouse grown, Baby Pac Choi has delicate leaves which are supported by a sweet white stalk with a mild flavor. This is such a wonderful variety for eating raw or flash wilted in stir fries or soups.

Since last week we have discovered that most of the flavor is in the stock.  Therefor, these bags will be sized differently than last weeks. Expect more flavor and crunch, as well as a slightly heavier yield.
