Radishes | Chef’s Gardener

Have you ever tried roasted radishes? I mean, sure they are delicious raw, but roasted radishes are what all the cool kids are into these days.  Just coat them with coconut oil, sprinkle with salt and roast them in the oven at 425F or stir fry them until they become tender in the center.  You won’t be sorry.
