Vaughan's Last Straw Distillery is a family-and-friends small business which is on a mission to make the world's best whisky - objectively, and subjectively. To do so, Last Straw sources its grains from small family farms close to the distillery, primarily those with organic growing practices. The grains are milled by K2 Milling in King, Ontario, and are made grain-to-glass in-house.

Last Straw's spirits available through Click Fork are pure and unadulterated, with no artificial flavours or colours, and no chill-filtering. Last Straw's spirits win awards year after year in blind tasting competitions up against Canada's biggest distilleries.
